How Great American Credit Repair Works
to restore your credit
The Credit Bureaus insist that individuals cannot repair their credit without waiting 7 to 10 years for negative items to be removed. Don’t believe that. The Fair Credit Reporting Act says that if the items on your credit report aren’t reported 100% accurately and 100% verifiable by the creditors, then the item must be removed from the report.
Approximately 79% of all credit reports contain errors and aren’t verifiable. If they can’t prove it, they must remove it! Often times when accounts are closed, charged off or discharged needs, the creditors do not have the supporting evidence to verify the legitimacy of an account within the 30-day timeline they’re given. Their inability to document and support their reporting results in deletions that will raise your credit score!
The 4 step process to restore your Credit
- Step 1 – Contact us for a FREE no-obligation credit repair consultation
If you do not have a current 3 in 1 credit report, you will be shown how to pull one instantly after your consultation. - Step 2 – The credit repair consultation
We will meet with you in person or by telephone and will point out those accounts with derogatory references which are decreasing your credit score. We will also discuss the importance of establishing new revolving credit lines. You will learn about the techniques we use to achieve a 75% to 80% success rate, the time frame to accomplish your credit repair goals, and the amount of investment you will need to make to achieve them. - Step 3 – We work to get derogatory references deleted or repaired.
Our specialized and customized dispute process uses our proven strategies in combination with the many consumer laws that protect you to challenge all 3 credit bureaus and your creditors in order to remove from your report any inaccurate, unverifiable, incomplete and erroneous negative items. This process will be repeated each cycle as long as derogatory references remain on your report. You will have online access to your case 24/7 for review. - Step 4 – Time For Results
The credit bureaus and creditors have 30 days to investigate your dispute. Of course with mail time, you should figure it may take 35 to 45 days to begin to see results. Within those 30 days, the credit bureaus and creditors must provide documentation proving the accuracy of their reporting or be forced to delete those negative and erroneous items. Every 35 days, we will pull an updated credit report on your behalf to see what negative items have been removed and which remain. Keep in mind that the credit bureaus and creditors will only correspond directly with you (as we write in your name only) — not GACR. (ALL LETTERS YOU RECEIVE FROM YOUR CREDITORS NEED TO BE FORWARDED TO US ASAP!) These updated reports are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for us to see which items were removed successfully. By not doing so, it will delay the improvement of your score.
